In the Mood for a Pajama Party??

Can you imagine our excitement for this fabulous event? How often do we get a chance to work our magic in our PJ's?!?

Thank Goodness for the saying 'It's not what you know, it's WHO you know'! I met Tammy Hauser Sarto last year at the First Annual Ultimate Pajama Party at the Graves downtown. Decked out in an uber fab robe {and some lovely hair!!}, she was a joy to work with. Fast forward to this past summer when I was coordinating a wedding at Calhoun Beach Club when I ran into her Operations Director {and who I call Event guru!}, Mark Durkop, who told me that Tammy was playing with the idea of bringing this amazing event for a successful year two! Imagine my yearning for helping in any way possible and HERE WE ARE!!!

We simply cannot wait to see this event come to fruition at the FABULOUS Westin in Edina and we are honored to work with such an amazingly talented group of people behind the scenes to make this evening one to remember. A portion of the procedes go to the Junior League of America, who gives endlessly back to the community. So grab your best girls, your most fab pajama's, and get ready for some fun!

Read below on all of the goods and check out the website at http://www.ultimatepajamaparty.com/!

We cannot wait!!!

Thank you, Norman Parkinson

When searching for my dose of daily inspiration, I stumbled across this uber fabulous piece of art photographed by Norman Parkinson, one of my most favorite photographers. I started to think about who and what Simply Fabulous really is and what we strive for. A lightbulb moment. Literally everything came from this photo.

We want you know what made you fall in love. We want to hear how it felt to hold that soon to be's hand for the first time, the nervousness of waiting for the car door to be opened, the rush of that first love letter. We want to hear about how nervous you are for that very first peek at your future spouse on your wedding day, and see the glimmer in your eyes when the doors open to the church. We want you to feel beyond beautiful on your big day. We want for you to be able to smell your flowers from across the room at your reception while you visit with people who traveled from afar to see you make this amazing commitment to one another.

We 157% believe in true love. We believe in soulmates and best friends being wrapped into this one person you are making a lifelong promise to. We cry at every wedding. We believe in bringing Kleenex for the Father of the Bride who said he would never cry, but on this day seeing you; tears are the only thing that escape him. We believe that your moments on that day are meant to last a lifetime and we promise to carry out the details so you don't miss a second of it. We love weddings. We love moments. We love, LOVE.

So thank you Mr. Parkinson for my inspiration for the day. Not only was this dress hopelessly romantic chic; but brought the creativity to our table once again.
